Our Esthetics and Nail Technology Instructors are Licensed Senior Cosmetology Instructors. In the State of South Dakota, a Cosmetologist is licensed to perform all services an Esthetician or Nail Technician are allowed to perform under the oversight of the Cosmetology Commission.
